Food is a favorite subject! This is a still from our show “Renaissance Man” that I shot in Italy.   I followed the traditional process of making cheese from milking the sheep through making pecorino cheese, making, ricotta, and then best of all —  a pasta/ricotta dinner joined by everyone I met that day!
